For your appointment please;

1. Bring a valid referral from your doctor

2. Please fill out New Patient Form before you come

3. Bring ALL your results and investigations including;

  • Blood Tests
  • Biopsy Results
  • X-ray .
  • CT / MRI Scans 
  • Ultrasound
  • Audiology ( Hearing Test )

4. Let us know if you cannot make your appointment and if you need to re-book ahead of time

5. Arrive Early


* A note on Surgery:  At the time of your consultation our team will discuss with you whether any procedure recommended is best performed at Port Macquarie Base or in Sydney.

ALL patients undergoing TONSILLECTOMY in Sydney WILL have to stay in Sydney for 2 weeks close to our ENT SERVICE DUE TO THE RISK OF BLEEDING.
